Responsibilites
I was responsible to keep the Programme Manager sharp on both the programme issues and issues that played in its periphery.

- emotions of people
- Integration of systems (e.g. SAP and Psygis)
- Internal politics
- Parallel a -/- 20% programme
Achievements
- Ensuring two important decisions were taken timely and smoothly and giving all stakeholders a more than good feeling about both the process and outcome.
Learning Experiences
Whilst I did a good job as an advisor and love doing it again and again, running such programmes myself is not my core strength.
